Dead Simple Budget Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dead Simple Budget, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Optional Premium Purchases

Dead Simple Budget is free to download and offers optional Premium purchases. The U.S. App Store currently lists Monthly Premium at $0.99 per month and Lifetime Unlock at $4.99 as a one-time purchase. Prices and availability may vary by country or region. The price and terms shown by Apple when you purchase apply.

Monthly Premium automatically renews unless you cancel before the renewal date. Apple processes payment through your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under your Apple Account and Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Lifetime Unlock is a one-time purchase and does not renew monthly. Any introductory offer or free trial applies only if Apple displays it to you at purchase, subject to the eligibility and terms shown. These terms do not promise a free trial.

The app's license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which is also linked in the App Store listing.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Dead Simple Budget, you agree to:

• Use the application only for its intended purpose
• Not share your subscription with others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
• Use the information provided responsibly and in accordance with industry standards

All content, features, and functionality of Dead Simple Budget are owned by CHBI, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dead Simple Budget is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

CHBI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.
